According to the UE privacy regulation laws regarding the information gathered are falling into two categories:

  1.  personal information you voluntarily supply when you subscribe to the website by providing your email address and
  2. tracking information collected as you navigate through the website. (cookies)

At the moment of writing the privacy policy there are no paid products or services and none of the personal information that is gathered is being sold or accessed by third party applications.

The readers may use this feature to send links to articles to others through email. The email address(es) that you supply to this service will only be used to send the requested article.

Submit Form

In submitting you work to the magazine, there are two option in which the user can do so:

  • using the submit form  – on which the name, email, bio, your work fields are requrired
  • sending an email at – on which the email field is required

When a user chooses either one of the options, afterwards they can mention that they do not want any / some of the information being displayed.

With whom do we share the information we gathered?

#WriteToTell Magazine will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address without your permission. If you prefer that we do not share this information or any information about you (social profile / website / name), you may opt-out, either by unsubscribing or by emailing us at

At any time a user that no longer wants it’s personal information (name, website, social accounts) to appear in the Magazine or on the blog section – can sent an email at by confirming so.

Every-time before a user’s work will appear in the magazine, an email consent will be sent to the user if he/she agrees to have the information (name, website, social accounts) associated or shown next to the article / blog post. If the user doesn’t want any of the information shown, the user will be anonymous.


Anyone is free to post a comment on any article in my blog. Users are under no obligation to do so and the facility is merely there to provide a point of discussion.

The option to comment on any blog post or article is free and it is under the wants of the user that wants to do so. The users are under no obligation to perform this activity if they do not want to. The reason why the commenting option is eligible is because in order to provide an efficient communication and embracing different point of views.
