In submitting you work to the magazine, there are two option in which the user can do so:
- using the submit form – on which the name, email, bio, your work fields are requrired
- sending an email at email@example.com – on which the email field is required
When a user chooses either one of the options, afterwards they can mention that they do not want any / some of the information being displayed.

#WriteToTell Magazine will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party to use your email address without your permission. If you prefer that we do not share this information or any information about you (social profile / website / name), you may opt-out, either by unsubscribing or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
At any time a user that no longer wants it’s personal information (name, website, social accounts) to appear in the Magazine or on the blog section – can sent an email at email@example.com by confirming so.
Every-time before a user’s work will appear in the magazine, an email consent will be sent to the user if he/she agrees to have the information (name, website, social accounts) associated or shown next to the article / blog post. If the user doesn’t want any of the information shown, the user will be anonymous.
Anyone is free to post a comment on any article in my blog. Users are under no obligation to do so and the facility is merely there to provide a point of discussion.
The option to comment on any blog post or article is free and it is under the wants of the user that wants to do so. The users are under no obligation to perform this activity if they do not want to. The reason why the commenting option is eligible is because in order to provide an efficient communication and embracing different point of views.
If any user wants it’s comments removed / anonymised, can request to do so by reaching out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
For advertising on #WriteToTell, we use WordsAds, which injects tracking cookies and adverts. At any time, users are free to use add blocking technology and also able to manage their settings.
