There are many reasons why people should turn around and chose veganism but this post will not be about that. This post will not be about the harm that animals receive and it will not be about my vegan story or other vegan stories. This post will not underline the benefits of veganism and how it’s beneficial for you, for the environment and for the animals. This post will underline only some quick dishes that I utterly adore because they are easy to make and save tons of time. Fun fact: they taste delicious so you must try them.
There are so many dishes that can be “veganised” and even more dishes that ca be created for scratch. In the last months, I realized how much I enjoy cooking and how important is to have a healthy, balanced diet in order to have more energy and overall, a better mood.
