What Food I love as a Vegan for Well Being & a Better Mood – with Images

There are many reasons why people should turn around and chose veganism but this post will not be about that. This post will not be about the harm that animals receive and it will not be about my vegan story or other vegan stories. This post will not underline the benefits of veganism and how it’s beneficial for you, for the environment and for the animals. This post will underline only some quick dishes that I utterly adore because they are easy to make and save tons of time. Fun fact: they taste delicious so you must try them.

There are so many dishes that can be “veganised” and even more dishes that ca be created for scratch. In the last months, I realized how much I enjoy cooking and how important is to have a healthy, balanced diet in order to have more energy and overall, a better mood. Without further due, let’s get the image – recipes started.

TIPS: Dealing with College, Work, Exams, Personal Projects, Life & Doing it All

Just recently, I was talking with one of my oldest friends, Eszter – a cool young artist that will also be taking  part in the #WriteToTell Magazine‘s Team (after July) and we came to a conclusion that there are only two types of people in the world:

  • the ones that do things
  • and the ones that don’t.

Pretty simple – but as far as the problem goes, the people that do things, don’t really stop. Their idea of wanting to do somethings never stops and being busy all the time becomes a lifestyle. A friend of Eszter’s always says that: Eszter, if it were one weekend where you didn’t have anything to do, you sure as hell would start a new project on the same weekend.”

Can you relate? Here are some of my things on how to #doitall in order to #haveitall:

15 UNUSUAL QUOTES THAT HELPED ME SEE THINGS DIFFERENTLY – Part 2

As you can see from the title, this is the second part of my collection of quotes that helped me see things differently while growing up. The first post (which you can find here) was very appreciated and based on all the request received I have decided to do a second part.

I have been “collecting” quotes since I was in the 7th grade in a black small note book that seems to never end. All the quotes are strong affirmations that had a positive impact on my outcome.

An Interview about #WriteToTell Online Magazine

Safar (सफर), meaning journey, is a platform through which I take the opportunity to interview beautiful minds. “Ambitious and open minded”, that’s how she defines herself. Carla is the founder of #WriteToTell Magazine. Carla, a final year Business Administration/Economy student who loves to coax data and creativity, obliges me by answering my questions as a part of the interview session I’ve at Safar.

1. Tell our readers something about your initiative #WriteToTell.

#WriteToTell, started off as a passion, is a magazine that contains the work of other writers/ bloggers and word lovers. Everyone can get involved and it is very easy to connect and see the work of other writers. With #WriteToTell writers can “promote” their work in a magazine that launches every month on the 18th, for free.

2. You could have started a personal blog. What made you want to engage with other writers?

What I Have Learned by Being More Quiet – Listening and Observing:

As writers, we don’t really talk much. We tend to be reserved, on the outside, as on the inside we remember every shadow, every light break and every step. We look for expressions, vibrations, gestures and the effects of every action that is being made. Mainly by others.

Often, people tend to call us inexpressive, as we don’t really react, we don’t like to cause a scene. We already know that there are too many things going on, we don’t need to make a bigger fuss about it.

Inexpressive is a weak word calling out on the stronger ones.

The creative process is something you do alone – with this post, I will let you know what I learned by being more quiet than usual, while listening and observing how others behave and react. Here is goes:

9 Remarkable Things Social Media has Taught me

I really wanted to write on the blog today and while “struggling” on what post should I make, I opened Facebook and said to myself that the first thing I will see, will help me have an idea. I laughed, of course, it’s silly …what can I actually learn from Facebook!? .. Taking a deep breath, stretching up a little, I realized that Facebook must be good at something since it makes us repeatedly check it in order to be up to date.

What happened after? Well, this quick ionized article.
