What Food I love as a Vegan for Well Being & a Better Mood – with Images

There are many reasons why people should turn around and chose veganism but this post will not be about that. This post will not be about the harm that animals receive and it will not be about my vegan story or other vegan stories. This post will not underline the benefits of veganism and how it’s beneficial for you, for the environment and for the animals. This post will underline only some quick dishes that I utterly adore because they are easy to make and save tons of time. Fun fact: they taste delicious so you must try them.

There are so many dishes that can be “veganised” and even more dishes that ca be created for scratch. In the last months, I realized how much I enjoy cooking and how important is to have a healthy, balanced diet in order to have more energy and overall, a better mood. Without further due, let’s get the image – recipes started.

1. Avocado Pasta with Cherry Tomato

I always loved Avocados but, previously, I only used them in making: Guacamole, salads and sandwiches. Recently I have discovered how rightful they can taste when they are added as a dressing to pasta. To add, adding a few cherry tomato and basil and the magic happens.


2. Tons of Fruits

Nothing can get better than fruits. I absolute love them and I can never get enough of them. I also like to try out new exotic fruits as there are so many of them. Everytime I crave something sweet, I almost (always) try to reach out to fruits first.  The below ones are my favorite. I make sure I start every morning with a 1L (at least) of lemon/lime water and a smoothie. (Can you tell I love berries?)


3. All kinds of Wraps & Veggie Burgers  – All homemade

Burgers are for weekends and wraps are for the days when I can’t find time to do anything fancy. In a wrap, I mainly put all the legumes, beans and veggies, I feel like I haven’t eaten too much of lately.  – it’s like a win-win situation.

With Burgers there are always wedges or home made fries / potatoes.


4. All kinds of “chill like” made foods with salads.

Yes. The below pictures are self explanatory. YUM-YUM.

5. Rice noodles in every variation and with everything.

Rice noodles are my to go thing everytime. I make sure I add soy and rice vinegar as my secret ingredient to every recipe before making a veggie party. LOVE LOVE LOVE.


6. Pretty much everything else as well. (as long as it’s vegan)
